ivm GmbH (Integriertes Verkehrs- und Mobilitätsmanagement Region Frankfurt RheinMain)

A cross-jurisdictional traffic management system is being established in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region to connect cities and municipalities, provide commuters with better information, and manage traffic more efficiently. Okari is supporting the project on behalf of ivm GmbH by developing the concept, managing the project, and planning and implementing dynamic traffic management strategies to promote climate protection and improve quality of life.

The digitization of commuter rail services within the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg (VGN) is revolutionizing administrative processes, ticket ordering, and data and process management. Okari has supported the success of VGNsmaxi from the very beginning: by conducting a feasibility study, developing a detailed technical concept, assisting with the tendering and awarding process, providing project management during implementation, and continuing to support system administration during operation.

In rural areas, public transport is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain—therefore, a digital dispatch center for taxis on demand is being developed at the Greater Nuremberg Transport Association (VGN). Okari is responsible for project development and the integration of various transport companies.

Berchtesgadener Land district

Delivery traffic in the Berchtesgadener Land region is set to become more sustainable: micro-depots could temporarily store parcels and make the last mile environmentally friendly by using cargo bikes, electric vehicles, or walking. Okari is conducting a feasibility study, analyzing requirements, and developing viable solutions for local authorities and retailers.
